This report highlights a major blind spot in how we write policy in Canada. StatsCan confirms that sexual violence is the only violent crime not declining. We keep funding "awareness" campaigns, but your data proves boys already know the values. They just lack the "Standing Orders" on how to intervene safely. (Standing Orders are the written rules that tell MPs how to behave in Parliament.) Shifting funds from posters to practical skills training is likely the only way to finally fix that curve.
